Yo phantom

Before I start.... Does this also screw up npc textures? I honestly don't care that much about the NPC textures and would only like to port player models. So does this screw up the npc's the same way as MoP did when you ported the models? I guess it shouldn't because technically we do not change anything in charraces.dbc.

Anyways just want to be sure. Thanks.

I did human female and turned out better then my night elf attempt did, but has an issue with the face and I did what was done in videos even used male human face as a reference like in vid, but the textures are in wrong place still for face

I cant post images but the textures end up on left side of the face like kinda like the orc image a few, page's back is there a tutorial some where on how to stop It doing that ?

Thanks.

I explained in the main video not to leave any spaces between the face and the body texture, the problem you're having is from leaving a space in the body texture when you moved the face texture.

This doesn't screw up the npc textures, if you want the new npc textures how ever you have to redo them I did not include the npc textures in the tutorial but you do the same thing to their textures that you do to the player model body textures since the npc's use the player models but with their own textures.

I fixed the face texture but now, I have an issue where the hair texture appears on face if the hair is textured, dose that mean there is still some thing wrong with the body skin ?

sorry for being a noob first time converting things.

Thanks.

That means you didn't rename all the textures in CharSections.dbc to end with _HD.blp

it seems human female is missing a lot of their hair styles, well they don't show up in game or wow mv, and night elves hair seems to have some broken geosets, is there a way to fix this ?

Delete them or do exact rework of model base

I do not think I deleted any geosets, I did the 010 editor thing in order to get m2mod to convert it to a m2i, but even in unedited model/skin files from the rar they are still missing hair styles from 12 to 23 in wow MV at least for me, dose this mean they are broken and just are not showing up and need fixing or are just missing some how ?
