/R is for armor /H is for character textures.

Okay, than I'm sry for the trash i have written  :|

BlpConverter Place in your C Drive.

Here download this and put the folder in your C harddrive and drag and drop the png files onto the shortcut and it should work.

hey! just to make sure, do i need to convert all the blp textures from WOD to png put then to photoshop, make it 8bit save, etc, then converter back to BLP
same with HAIR, etc?
i mean do i need to this for all the textures or just the ones named _HD?

thanks!

Only convert the ones with _HD at the end and hair00_01 etc don't need to be converted also you need to turn the skin textures I.E face and body textures to png put them in photoshop and edit them like I did in the video then convert back to blp.

The ones without _HD are old textures.

I posted on the first page a quick little video for doing the face textures.

I did every thing you did in the tutorial but for female night elf and I still get the messed up textures on both face and body, i put BLP converter in C: used the /H shortcut to convert the png's back to BLP, but still dont work and in wow MV the model is all black no matter what skin number i use.

it is the first time i have done this could i be missing some thing ?

yeah well your uv-map can't look like that cause versions below MOP doesn't allow that layout..
