its been a while since i made a model edit for 2.4.3 and whenever i create the patch in mpq ediotr (latest version) and place it in data folder it doesn't read it! i am using the costume .exe wowmes but the client acts like that there is no extra patch in there. i named it patch-3

There is a model view for WoD already. You could use that. I won't be able to see an HD version of pre-Cataclysm, Sentinel Hill Gryan Stoutmantle, though. Or Deputy Willem. Because like King Varian before them, their original outfits have likely been deleted from the game files. Besides, the current WoW Model Viewer's NPC/item list is woefully incomplete.
Hence why I'm asking for a way to view the new models in the old model viewers; because those are the only ones that'll access the versions of the NPCs I'll need for my projects.
well, what i suggest, get a 3.3.5a client or a 4.3.4 and download the new character model patch for the client ( can find them right here in the forums) and then try opening them up.

Update: -Added a section on how to change the buttons. -Made my own loginscreen which I used to try some stuff with scenescripts.
You can see a video about it here: [media:33sza2d7]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjgYYkjuzNU[/media:33sza2d7] Some facts: The rain and music are on their own sound-channels, ambience and music. The thunder and lightning are randomly created The Scenescript part of this loginscreen has more lines than the code for the actual loginscreen.
And also the creation process: Creation Album
And the last thing, of course, the download: DOWNLOAD
~Mordred This...this is absolutely amazing! It tells a story in just a few minutes. Fine work!

[media:2alfbotx]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMB_TnqlnDo[/media:2alfbotx] This is fantastic work, and the dialogue is very blizzlike. only suggestions change the skybox to something like plaguelands in scourge controlled zones, and the horde/alliance factions don't seem to really make any sense. Other than that, I would definitely subscribe to play on this server!

Sorry for doing a little bit of necromancy on this thread, but just wanna say: There are specific auras which make deathwind (also works with other aspects) use certain animation:
Hover: 110649 Fly: 98723 Sit (works for any dragon model): 87458
You could try using these auras. oh hey lol. I did get this working. oh god im reading through this again. I was so inexperienced.

While I have nothing to show for, let's just say that I'm studing Aztec, Mayan and parts of Inca(n ?) architecture for a project I'm about to start . No offence intended, but personally I would like to discourage this sort of post. It used to be a problem on forums like Ac-Web and OwnedCore where people would make threads about these fantastic ideas they had and then never actually make anything.
I know at Modcraft we have more skilled members and are a smaller community, but I would like to keep this to showing off things achieved or being worked on rather than posting about what you are going to do.
Some impressive work shown off in this thread.
Can someone tell me the name of this thread again. I forgot.
