I wanna make an aura (basically a spell) which would not allow a player to sheathe his weapon even when he casts/uses animations/etc.
Could somebody help me?

Modelling and Animation / [QUESTION] INSTALLING NEW ITEMS

Hey everyone!
Ive extracted a few weapons from WoD and now I wanna install them on my server (4.3.4 trinity). I decided to take the easy way and duplicate the similar existing items, and then just replace the id's and model/texture names. However, I faced a few problems:
1) All the item models in ItemDisplayInfo.dbc are .mdx files, while the ones I extracted from WoD are .m2
Is this gonna cause any problems?
2)Item.dbc only has the items up to 56806, which is like half of all the items. Whats the problem?

Hey everyone!
So I want my character to have the cool death knight voice effects, but at the same time be able to use spells that require mana.
I tried making a dk and then changing him to another class in navicat - voice changed too
I tried learning the passive spells called "mana" and similar ones - didnt work
I tried using .cheat power - didnt work.

Can somebody help me?

Random / Why so little content for >4.x.x?

Hey everyone!
I've been on modcraft for approximately 8,5 months now and I noticed that 90% of all the content (including guides, releases, etc) are for 3.3.5 or older versions, and it doesnt make sense to me. I always thought modding is a way to bring new stuff into the game that blizz havent, but why at the same time not use the stuff they did? Obviously, the 5.x.x area can be considered mostly undiscovered, but why ignore cata? Everyday I see giant amount of cata>3.x.x conversions, which shows that the content from Cata is demanded, so why not use cata as a starting poin and then add up to it? I know that cata is very different from wotlk (e.g. dbc structure), but shouldnt modding evolve?

I wanna have an outland map with my custom npc and without the original outland npcs. At the same time, I dont wanna loose the original npc. So the question is: can I kinda make a duplicate Outland, or do it through phasing? If so, how?

I wasted nearly 2.5 hours but coulnt find a proper guide on how to convert e.g. an npc model from WoD/MoP to Cata and actually get it to work in the game. Could someone post a link here?

Hey!
I really tried to do it myself, but since Im a hopeless noob, it didnt work.
I need a patch which would replace the music/ambience/etc in Tirisfal Glades, Ruins of Lordaeron (including the throneroom etc) and Undercity by the music files (default names, of course) I will put into the mpq. Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone!
I was trying to change the background music in a location, but when I select the file I want to replace (in the sound.MPQ) the "Delete" button is inactive. I checked the security settings and tryed runnin MPQ-editor in admin mode - nothing helps.
