I've added two pair of horns on the playable race with a skin and tattoo of Legion, and this is beautiful on WoD. The first one is glitchy, and the second one has the same glitch. I don't know why.

Yup, Blood Elf with horns, new hand, and the tabard (without transparency idk how to manage to get this perfectly perfect.)

You can do it for the human model, I've already done it without losing something.
But if  you remove the jaw, your model will got a hole in the model, so you need to make somes vertices and somes faces to do a "normal" dragon jaw.

For these "glitch", you need to look into the Weight Paint. Maybe some faces aren't painted. You need to be "perfectionist".

Sorry, I do not exchange, my model isn't perfect, and I don't like to share something non-perfect like. But, if you wait Met@ tutorial (maybe), you'll be able to do your own Nova ! ^^
