I usually play on kaldorei and sin'dorei and that feet texture is an appreciable feature.
But yes, human males have more visibile feet texture than other races, that is true.

I have found more bugged display ids. Their faces are messed up with this patch.

20318 - Night Elf Male
nelf male.jpg[/attachment:2ibvw9g2]

20323 - Draenei Female
draenei female.jpg[/attachment:2ibvw9g2]

20316 - Orc Female
orc female.jpg[/attachment:2ibvw9g2]

20321 - Troll Male
troll male.jpg[/attachment:2ibvw9g2]

20317 - Dwarf Male
dwarf male.jpg[/attachment:2ibvw9g2]

20585 - Tauren Male
tauren male.jpg[/attachment:2ibvw9g2]

20584 - Tauren Female
tauren female.jpg[/attachment:2ibvw9g2]

20582, 20583 - Those two are goblins and they also keep the gear when you morph into them, but the game crashes instantly with the patch.

This are morphs wich uses character faces in game.
So if u morpht into them they have the new face.
i think u morpht just with the id and ofc this dont work.
And with the goblin i have no problem.

I found the problem. You had replaced their model id in CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc with the new ones for mobs, but those display ids are not used by any creatures. They are transform effects from engineering Dimensional Ripper - Area 52. The spell is Transporter Malfunction

Here is the fixed dbc.
Creaturedisplayinfo.zip[/attachment:3bcpsro3]

Also Draenei Males have some bugged faces for Death Knights. They are the wrong color.

I think I've found a texture missing issue with Mirror Image. The strange part is that not all the Images created by the mage in the picture (a gnome female) have this issue but only two of them. There is only one texture missing image here because the spell is about to finish and i was quick to take the screenshot.

White texture means that it wasn't really succesfully applied at all, but not that it is missing (in such case it would be green, which means an error). I honestly don't really know if this is fixable error at all.

I've downloaded your patch, merged it with my edits and now I'm testing results on live server I used to work on. I'll try to get whole list of found issues, but the problem is that some of them can be caused by merging your stuff with mine. All issues found so far are messed up textures (turned UV maps on rings and extra geosets like that in hair, male undead bones...) and some incorrect/missing hair/facial hair textures (those applied directly on head) - most likely CharSections problem, or those textures are simply missing. The only issue non-related to textures we have been able to find so far are visible fingers in boots. In case its some error on our side, I'd like to ask you for help, otherwise to fix this little nuisance, I'd say its more important to have correct feet in boots than without them.

Ya what amaroth said its no missing its just load fail.
It happens if you at loading on the desktop or have a slow hdd.
It happens just on models wich have  textures with not the power of two. 256x256 for example.
On the pic the hair is not the power of two. 512x256
I play wow on an external hdd and it happens often.
Just move away out of view range ( dont think that work in dungeons) and go back it should be load.

I made some special textures that all work.
For example the dwarf hair have double size and the rings and extras inside the hair texture.
Orc hair normal size but also extras inside.
Ud bones i used a hardcode path with extra texture."Featurestextur.blp"
Couse i dont use facials meshes so this was perfect.
