My patch increases by 1 mb every time I take out the texture and put it back in. Really weird

I have no idea how they do it.A little bit more touch ups on the top. This is probably close to finished. Minor touchups needed on the curly stuff by the collar bone. Is it possible to make the texture higher quality? I vectorized the texture but I scale it to 128x64. Wondering if I can go over that.

Though I see problems with it scaling up just on nearby players, as people could just hang out and make it harder for groups to kill whatever has that scaling.

If anyone knows a way to make unsymmetrical textures please do tell me. I imagine it might only be possible with models but who knows?
