Sup guys, was wondering if anyone had the Lavaman2 model so I can downconvert it to WotLK (downported will be good, but I'll accept just the base Legion model). Cheers guys, saves me having to download the entire Legion client for it if at all possible!

Miscellaneous / Creating a Raise Dead spell

Was wondering if anyone knew, or at least sort of knew, how to create a 'Raise Dead' spell? What I mean is something similar to the Death Knight's one, where it targets a humanoid corpse and creates a minion from it. However, I'd want to be able to create more than one minion, and maybe (if possible) cause the used-up corpses to disappear (so I wouldn't be able to just keep spamming the spell on one corpse and make an army out of literally one dead dude).

My research into this topic yielded fruitless results - I straight up copied and edited the flags of the original 'Raise Dead', but I was only able to create one minion out of the spell before it permanently blacked out, even though there were no flags telling it to only create one minion. I tried making a weird amalgamation of a basic summoning spell and the Raise Dead spell, making the summoning spell target a corpse before being used, but it didn't work either and just straight up summoned my minion. Help would be realllly appreciated!!!

"Retro-Porting" / Character Information and Dressing Room for Void Elves

Downported the void elves to 3.3.5a and, whilst everything worked according to plan, the Character Info and Dressing Room screens come up with no model (as pictured). Not entirely sure what to do with this, but am pretty sure the conversion after Blender is what caused the issue. Anyone have any tips or hints on how to stop this?

Miscellaneous / Pets disappear when mounted

Heya everyone, was wondering if anyone knew if it'd be possible to allow pets to stay in existence whilst the main character is mounted. For example, when you have an imp or a hunter pet in 3.3.5, mounting causes them to disappear which makes me very sad. Any help on what I'm supposed to do to put a stop to this would be very much appreciated!

"Retro-Porting" / Cataclysm Naga Female Face

Hey, its amateur hour with me again! So, I ported the HD naga models from Legion and played around with them a bit until it dawned upon me that they're butt-ugly, so decided to go for the Cataclysm naga (at least for females). That's cool and all, but as a test I put them over the TaurenFemale (so I didn't have to change the Charsections), but everytime I did this ugly brown pattern appeared on her face.

I changed to Blood Elf, then Gnome and each time I'm seeing this (pictured below), and it seems to disappear or reappear on character screen and in game with no real correlation, and it's awful and I've tried just about everything I could do to sort out my ol' sooty-faced fish. Help would be appreciated!

"Retro-Porting" / M2Mod UV Maps discombobulation

Hey all, it's the village idiot with yet another stupid question!

So, I have these models that I did a bit of editing with, but after a quick tumble in the M2ModRedux, their eyebrow and torso UVs swap, ending up with a very hairy chest and some tentacles above their eyes (pictured below). I've tried editing the UVs but the fleshy tentacle hair chest monster of an elf always seems to prevail. Help would be appreciated!

Hey all,

Was wondering if there was anyone who could give me info on how to UV map a race I'm making that has textures with no real pattern to them. I did a bit of digging on this and found nothing that exciting, was just wondering how specific the textures need to be - I have a model that has textures all over the place, would this not translate well if I UV mapped the current textures onto the model - should I try to recreate the generic player model (body texture to the right, arm texture to the left etc.) using the textures I have instead?

Was wondering if anyone had the Kil'jaeden/Winged Female Eredar model on hand so I could convert them to Wrath of the Lich King. This sounds leech-y, but I really don't feel like downloading a massive 80+ gigabyte installation of the newest WoW just for these two models, so help would be appreciated.

Anyone have the Lich King Alpha model or know if it even exists, I've been looking through old Alpha/beta files for WotLK and couldn't find anything relating to it, but I could have swore I saw it used in game at some point. If anyone doesn't know, it's the Lich King model that appears in the Wrathgate cinematic and it's the current Lich King rigged onto a human male.

"Retro-Porting" / Replicating Demon Hunter double jump in 3.3.5?

Heya all,

So most of you probably know that Demon Hunters in Legion have this exclusive ability to double jump in WoW and it is pretty fun to play around with, and was wondering if something similiar could be achieved in the technologically inferior Wrath of the Lich King version of the game.

I know something called an 'air jump' (as many jumps as you want) can be achieved through modifying the client, so maybe editing that to only allow two jumps instead of multiple jumps would get the right affect? If anyone has any knowledge on if this achievable, that'd be cool.

Serverside Modding / Levelling an NPC to match your level

So, as level scaling is a thing in (most) MMOs nowadays, I was wondering if it could be implemented within 3.3.5, with an NPC that is below your level being upgraded to match you in terms of health and damage (when attacked). I've seen someone achieve something similar, but with the power of the NPC being scaled based on the number of players.

So, as you probably all know, time in WoW is a 24 hour thing that is based upon the Server/Client's time. I was wondering if there was any way to speed up this time so, say, 1 hour in current game time was 1 minute (like Skyrim), so 24 minutes would span a 24 hour cycle (or something along those lines) if at all possible.

Anyone have this model handy? I need the Naga Female's new legion model for a project I'm working on for WotLK but of course everything went wrong and a crash occurs each time I try extracting it for whatever reason. I don't need it converted or anything (unless you already have one handy and are willing to share), for I can do all that jazz myself, it's really just a matter of getting the model in the first place.
