I love to see any activity in the Cata region, so I will be watching this project with great interest. I would advice making a post about it on mc.net though - not because I prefer that website or generally support the war, but to simply promote the project. Feel free to post it there Im just not registered on mentioned forum

Sometimes I telling myself noggit would need a restart, since moving SDL version to Qt. Wouldn't be best to restart it?
PS: I didnt use noggit for 3 years.. Just watching news and videos It needs developers either way, and there are only short episodes of motivation. Restarting takes even more time and energy, and fails just as well as seen in cromon's projects.
Cromon always start a new project and then left him after 2-3 months.. but at least he has some knowledge to make something in 2-3 months

Do it in public. BIG +1!!!! Twitter is for watching activity. Developers have access without any public repositories. I think you or other guys who are not in dev now can easily ask Steff to give an access to code. This is same as Github has function with contributors... who isnt can fork stuff and use it with license and copyright.. others can study (horrible) code like me.. So only contributors can work on repo, why is it hidden? Reason? Steff and other guys dont want currently share code or what?

Why he couldn't work on "SDL fixes" branch? I'm with schlumpf, I don't like xx reposits and from private releasing, we can't see source code and we can't continue in Qt work when 1/X fixes is already done in SDL

Omg, so again someone forked repo and doing just for self and releasing? I have to ask myself if I should do something on repo.
Last commit is from schlumpf year ago, nobody from community "tried" to do something for noggit.
Maybe I will create my own non-WoW project for l2 work with Qt 5.1 & OpenGL.

Hi,
I have again time for working on Noggit, does anybody working on Qt branch? Or Its still dead? After year I have again more experience with programming and need to improve Qt & OpenGL, so here I can try it. :|
To schlumpf: Do you watching Qt development? Currently is 5.1 and that's question on you "Will we move from 4.8 to 5.1 or you don't see here any improvments for Noggit?"

Turn of effects specular lighting. If green is gone you need to add the_s textures If missing just _s i think u will have render just part of texture wrong, i had this problem in past..

Green Texture: You using alpha textures or if they are customs, WoW can't find them.
Lines: use first tool "Raise/lower" to 1000 radius, and speed 0, then use shift and left click, it will not raise ur terrain but fix ADT!

Yea schlumpf is true. When u want debug u must put right dlls. Btw my Qt was 4.8.0. When u dont use debug and put app on desktop it must work.

No, it's dead, but you can develop it. You have free source code. I just end with WoW developing.
