Nice patch. I totally forgot to add in the map IDs to the actual server DB (I swapped the DBCs). I was trying to figure out why I couldn't port to other map IDs (cata-mop). So I'll have to do that.

But from what I've seen (Gilneas, Stormwind, Orgrimmar.. everything Azeroth mostly), it's actually awesome. And for those who don't necessarily want to upgrade to MoP/Cata, this would be a decent asset for those servers.

When I load something up in Noggit, it only shows white texture and a bunch of m2/wmo's are missing. Is this a known issue or am I doing something horribly wrong?

That's a known issue, I had released this pack last year to see if anyone could help with making it possible to open up in Noggit, but as you can see, of the 850+ downloads on it.

It even went as far as people emailing me to say I stole from some re-poster.

Anyway I never got it working. the furthest we got was getting it to import in with no tiles, m2/wmo's.  However if we tried to save in Noggit, it would either Crash Noggit or the Saved file wouldn't work in Wow.

If you want to get it working with Noggit, I personally extracted the files (M2s, SKINs, WMOs and BLPs) from the MPQs made by Anthony. I repacked them in a new (single) MPQ and it seemed to work.

You could try extracting them to your Noggit Projectpath aswell and at them by using the listfile rather than WMV.

Edit: Certain textures don't get loaded properly by both WMV and Noggit, but work fine ingame. It doesn't interfere with doodadplacement, it just looks a bit shit in Noggit.

Thank you both for your answers. So let's say if I wanted to edit the Twilight Highlands, I should put the terrain textures and model files in the same project folder?

how did you its so big for a mpq and to laggy for a folder  so how did you do it plz

Hmm, placing the tileset files in the project directory doesn't seem to work. I got the WMOs and M2s working but the terrain textures still aren't showing up.

You have to add the patches manually.

In the index tab "Options" > "Settings" > "Add Button"

You know, I was just thinking, couldn't you use Machinima Studio (since it can export WMO files correctly) then use the .OBJ to .WMO converter to change them to .v17 wmo files and use blp lab to change the .blp files to .blp2 so you could use them in noggit? I don't have Machinima Studio so that is the reason I am asking instead of trying it myself lol

EDIT: Of course I mean after going into blender and changing a few things to make it so the converter will convert the .obj to .wmo

EDIT: Also if anyone can confirm that this works that help me greatly as then I would actually buy Machinima Studio as of right now I am not cause I have no clue if it will and don't want to waste my money if it doesn't work (as that would be the sole reason I would buy it lol)
