Work in Progress:

It's still like 50% done, but there's a lot of new stuff to be added, I will make also a video on YouTube.
Yea, it's pretty simple I know, but as I said, it's an work in progress.

Edit: After spending a lot of time I realized I don't really like it, so I came up with another one.

It's a template for now, got to take all the textures and make them blend with the background. But for now I want the login screen to be simple.

Is the thing/place from the first screenshot something from Warlords of Draenor ( or maybe some other expansion ) or did you create it yourself? I have never seen that thing but it's very good quality, perhaps too good to be fanmade.

It's from Warlords of Draenor, indeed.

Hello again, I'm here with another update on my WIP player model.

[media:1bwayulq]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSfTZrk8QH4[/media:1bwayulq]

I added 2 new hairstyles, a 3D bikini and the robe model which is still a WIP as you can tell in the video.

I really like the idea of  your button positioning and the backgrounds!

The loginscreen on it's own doesn't look like there is much going on, looks like 2 models and 1 animation looping.

Great concept though.

Well, I was really looking for something simple, not so sophisticated.

And I've been inspired by these simple login screen from League of Legends / Diablo. (For example, League of Legends have an animated texture with a few small effects / details) and I really love them.

Started to port Noggit 1.3 SDL to C# today.
If i'll ever finish that, we'll have a much cleaner codebase than now.
Nearly no experience with 3D programming and zero experience with SDL, but that's why i do it: I want to learn. :) Maybe i won't even use SDL, not sure yet. :s
And i'm finally programming something big in C#, only used VB.NET and C++ for big projects yet.

EDIT: I already have good ideas for the new UI! :3
EDIT2: After i thought about everything again, i think it will be more an own editor based on Noggit instead of a Noggit port. I have so many ideas to change things. I'll use Windows Forms as the GUI and implement the SDL window in it. That means i'll create a complete new GUI, which Noggit really needs, in my opinion.
But at first, i need to finish the port of the logical things, like reading DBCs.

sounds nice, i think you should base it on the WoWedit UI.

Instead of doing that, you could as well just help with noggit in the current state. There is also a branch  to completely redo the UI there. This looks like a lot of duplicated effort.

Kaev, can I have your skype? If you're working on the UI things, I can give you a bunch of nice 3d icons which were developed by one russian guy for Noggit's UI, but then his team gave up rebuilding the tool. I also have some ideas to suggest.

The code of Noggit is a very big mess, i will probably rewrite the biggest part of it. So why not starting something based on it, in a language, that gives me a good and easy way to create the GUI, which i never could realize like that with C++, because i have no experience in that field?
And i know that this  is a lot of duplicated effort. As i said, i do this, because i want to learn something. If i'll finish that, i'll release it for everyone. If not, i still learned alot.

@Skarn: Sent you a PM.

------------

After fixing some stuff here and there, i finally wanted to start with the GUI instead of porting more classes.
And guess what, everything worked as intended!
The black stuff you see there is actually the SDL window. I could now start to draw some stuff, but this must wait untill i ported the map data.
