Kojak have you try to convert your file in another format ?

That doesn't make any sense.  Convert it to what?  .m2 is the only thing that works with .m2i.

Could I convert the .m2 to .obj and then bind it onto a different .m2i?  Sure, but that's a load more work than if there's something small I overlooked stopping the .m2 to .m2i conversion.

YES becaseu its converted to 335 you have to have a file that's not converted my friend

I'm not asking why it doesn't work.  It's obvious it doesn't work because of the conversion to 335.  The question is if anyone found a way to get the .m2 to .m2i conversion working on these WOD models.

Is it in any way possibly to fix the crashing wmos? (Crashing m2s can be fixed by removing particles I noticed)
I'd love for the Dark Iron barracks and the updated Moonwell to work.

No, It's not the M2s crashing the wmos.
They just crash.

Removing SBOM is apparently not enough for some.

Doesn't apply to this situation.  The WolfDraenor has far less than 16 submeshes and far less than 17,000 vertices.

I would think, that currently the only way to get the WoD WMOs (With some exceptions) in 3.3.5 is to export them to OBJ and then again convert them with MirrorMachine from OBJ to WMO. This will result in loss of any lightning, doodadsets and such.

You could possibly package the WMO into a MPQ file, load it in MachinimaStudio, and export it with all the doodads that way.
