I don't think so, they don't match in term of proportions, they would have to rework all the murlocs camps, and they clearly don't want to.

If they had made them the same proportions they could have just replaced the old model at the same path and 0 additional work would have been necessary ! Shame. Thankfully we have modding :) !

They do sometimes !
In Cataclysm, they updated some trees in Elwynn, Stranglethorn and Night elf forests by replacing the old model.
In Warlords of Draenor, they updated the barrels in Stormwind. Yep. Just a barrel. Such graphicz, much 3D, wow.

The truth is they only think about end content and don't realize their game is not artistically coherent at all anymore.

Just released a very basic OBJ exporter. WMOs work best, but even then there's a lot of alpha issues on textures. ADTs use Legion client. Definitely not a full fledged release yet, but slowly working towards that!

I always wanted such program if its gona work for my ADTs that im interested in that would be nice gift for my Bday that i have today :D

That will only work with Legion data and even then only for a handful of maps that have been adapted for the new view distance tech in Legion. I'm using the very low quality 512x512 LoD textures on the ADTs because I haven't quite figured out proper ground texturing yet. ADTs might or might not be currently mirrored as well.

As I said, very basic and nowhere near full release yet.  :)

BTW you can export adt heightmap object to .obj with one blender script. Of course this scipt isn't good because it's for blender 2.49. But why not.

Awesome work man. I love the WMO to OBJ export, currently kind of working on tearing down the Legion Night Elf buildings into modular parts. As it's my first time doing so it will take some time, but oh well.

I was wondering if you could possibly add the option to export the selected ADT only, rather than the area surrounding it included.

Also nice to see there's still work being done to Neo.

That should have been fixed in 0.1.2. Let me know if you're still experiencing the issue.
