I don't really have an idea what is that on 1st screen, but portal looks good. Maybe circle texture is not very good for wow, but postament looks amazing.

Seeing how the BLP reader runs under the OS X 10.10 beta as well as testing the decoding portion of the program, which is freshly rewritten entirely in C++.

The toolbar does some interesting transparency play when the texture scrolls underneath it, even though I never wrote any code to do that

It's not something I'm working on, but I had to share this. I've been playing the WoD beta for a bit and ran into this. I simply love Blizzard's sense of humor.



It seems to be a clientside event triggered by the quests. Blizzard is making heavy use of these clientside events in WoD. Often the servers go down/crash (It's alpha/beta after all) and the events simply keep running as players do not get directed back to the log in screen immediatly. Should private servers run WoD, this could potentionally save a lot of (quest) scripting.
