WOD uses a new geoset id for the feet. Don't think its possible for MOP. Atleast it is not for 3.3.5

You would have to rebuild the model so you could change the geoset... very time consuming....

Hello everyone, I have more custom armor to show off.  :ugeek:

This body armor is for Afterfall and is inspired by the Battlefield 3 Support Class .

Close up front view, this is an older render.


So like it says above this is a work in progress, still I felt the need to show it off.

In case anyone is wondering everything that you see in the renders was made mostly in Blender for the small details and UV-Mapping I used C4D.

I hope this inspires others to make their own models, I know I'm not the best but I learn new things/methods every day and so can you.

P.S

For those wondering making the models took me about 7-8 hours and rigging/boning the HuM took about 30ish minutes.

I would remake textures a bit, there are nearly no details, just one pure black part, one nearly pure gray part, no shading, no lines. Still its very well done, I love that mask and "3d chest" too.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm still learning how to model and yeah the textures aren't fully done yet.

Back to the serverside, my 1st idea after playing on wod beta (garrisons). System is based on phases, not really complicated, but very promising (houses are only the 1st step of making player's own property). I hope you all will understand what is that video about (if no, then I can make a little translation), I also hope you'll like it :)

2. How are you spawning / objects via items, and what about a server restart?

Wow Shelldon you're using the same spell spawning system I came up with as well. I thought it was unique :(

That system is not even remotely unique. People have done this since at least 2008.

How (if you did) did you limit who has access to what instances?  IE: There was only an option for Jeff's house at first.  Could Basie join that without an invite of some sort?  And once Basie's house was an option, could Jeff join it uninvited?

There is a moment in my video, where I used to choose gossip option called "Вселить жильца" what just means "Give another player access to your house". Using this system you are very limited in the number of instances though, no?

Using a uint32 you are going to have 31 unique instances. That doesn't seem enough.
