Since point 1 is outdated and I stated I did both which is 2 and 3 I don't really know how to tell you for the third time I did edit this dbc file. Do you need a visual confirmation like a screenshot ? I did this and it doesn't work like it supposed to. Without editing dbc database change does not matter really as it didn't even display the possibility of wearing them in skills tab. Now It does and I can wear it but it display as if I could not when I look at the items in bag or mouseover them.

I have done both. I added my class (in my case class 10 so 512) to both database and dbc. Then I added my dbc to trinitycore and to mpq. I can wear it, as I said before. It just display that I can't.

Okay, so looks like no1 knows how to display combo points on other class so maybe some1 would know how to get rid of red icon and red armor proficiency text. For instance I made new class and it can wear/use few weapons and cloth leather but icon is red (like I'm not able to wear it) and Cloth/Leather text is also red even tho I can wear/use them. I edited sql and dbc and threw dbc files into DbFilesClient folder and put it into .MPQ. So I have updated sql dbc files in tc server location and updated dbc in patch-x.MPQ. I don't really know what should I do more.

When I try to apply m2 template it throws errors for me. And using only catatowotlk makes my model a square with blue/white squares. (trying to port wod model to wotlk)

There should be some guide here truth be told. Every topic has only answers like "duh you have to look for a particle and change them to wotlk, what can't you understand ?" And I'm like WTF ? Should I use a notepad for this or what ?

I added possibility to create new class in glues and some additions to worldstate. But after ctrl+f "combo" in most of the files in glue/frame folders didn't show up anything I came here for advice.

Mine didn't work afterall but that's not my concern atm. When he spawns, he does that correctly from the belt up. But as soon as talking is over he pops on his legs. Don't even know what to search truth be told. But I need a way for model to have it's "stand point" moved lower. Any ideas ? Also is that because of cata grapical improvements or I need to change something more so he looks more like the one from screenshots http://www.wowhead.com/npc=52409/ragnaros (the whiteness on his shoulders and head.

Your files work but I wasn't missing any bpl files. Any at all.

So does mine, I shouldn't have changed any files and try to put them i Ragnaros folder. After a change to dbc to ragnaros2/ragnaros2.m2 my files work perfectly.

Now just need him to work in molten core. He did spawn with broken model (or with no model) now he doesn't ;_;

I did use converter. Ragnaros2 has 4 skins while the original one has 1 or 2. Don't know how to make him use all 4 but I guess it does need them.

I haven't found any -1 values but might have accidentaly skipped.

Hello I tried porting ragnaros2 (the one from firelands) to wotlk. After a while it all looks good except for one thing it's a bit green.

When I mouseover him, he's almost normal. And I don't know what I'm missing. I checked m2 file in 010 editor and extracted every blp. Used template from 010 on skins.

Since there's no playercreateinfo_spells or so I edited this part for the actual tc database and it should look like this:

However that didn't do the trick for me (also looks like id of skills are off: common 668 and in tc 98). This leads me to beleive that there's some dbc editing to be done which I honestly don't understand. Most of dbc are glitchy for me using taliis dbceditor or mydbcedit I'll look into it however I'd appriciate any information as my new class can't even speak (only has a defense skill).

Regarding very 1st thing to do, I have no function in creature.cpp called like his, mine looks like this:

If I understand this right I don't need to add anything here so I skipped and continued. Will update info if this is needed once I finish.

Ok, so I finished adding this to core and the first change is indeed not needed. However the created character doesn't even know how to type therefore I am unable to use gm commands. Also there's no such table as playercreateinfo_spell only playercreateinfo_skills and I will look into it soon. Now it's 7 am and I'm still up so too tired for this atm.

Anyone maybe have the .sql that will only add cata/mop to database possibly with their id (seeing as none of them is in 3.3.5a database). Last update to database is one day old and I don't really feel like messing up a database just to find out if it's fun.
