It let me download 174 megs then it acts like it is finished.. The download program says it is 100%  downloaded.
It has done that to me from the 1st time I tried to get it. Tried with Firefox, IE and Go!Zilla.

I downloaded it yesterday fine using Google chrome, maybe your Internet loose packets while downloading?

Got it.. I found a download manager that worked on that link...

downloaded the alpha version wod 18164 attempts to retrieve files via WoD_Extractor but I did not get installed windows 8.1 help how to extract files, do everything according to the instructions and freezes on the last file of listfile
