Question: why is this impressive?

Probably this is standard on your realm. For me, I rarely see custom server cinematics, and thus am impressed if I see one that looks good and seems to be technically high quality, eg also having voice overs.

Maybe it is not impressive at all. Show us yours!

I never said the stuff I did was amazing. In fact you will always find my saying that I am still an amateur developer. I think you completely missed my point.

Stuff like in the video posted before is stupidly easily done, and not complicated in the slightest. Furthermore there is much room for improvement and it copies my style with the same visuals used as my other scripts throughout the server and not a lot really unique. I linked to my videos to prove this point.

What's wrong with you people. All this week I've seen people mainly quarrel each other. First it was Kojak with Alastor and vortalex. Now Eclipse and Harry. is there something in the air?
On-topic: pre-fight with boss and some sort of failure of the fight with Thrall's death(?) looks good. BTW I didn't get what's going on until fighting is on.
Also, I've watched almost all vid on harrys and Eclipses channels and I would like to say that both of you guys did a good looking scripting. I've played on EoC earlier and I enjoyed its concept and its content. I remember necromancer which bring my forsaken back to life and I remember the quest I've stacked on( where you need to kill a demon, but onefel turret almost always one shoted me). So you are working together once and if it's not possible to you to unite again then just work on your own. I seen that this project means alot for Harry so Eclipse maybe you should at least change the name to something new? It's just my thoughts so you are not obliged to listen to me or even reply. Peace every one and please calm down.

 The dialogue in that cinematic was amateurish and I cringed listening to it. The cinematic itself is cool though if a little robotic, but it's not "impressive"

I think it's soundfiles from WoD, but alright.

However, with a bit more polishing, the entire cinematic is pretty good. Always the issue of doing something similar. Whenever I feel like it, I should definitely write my instance concept that I have.... Oh well.

Initially it was done with animation groups, but it appears the frames position is not updated properly and events are not fired properly using animations. Thus it was rewritten to just move on an OnUpdate event.

Yes, this can be used within the GlueXML stuff. It's relatively simple code.
