BLP is corrupt / converted wrong.
Also the texture is set to be hardcoded
that has no path set the texture so it will require the texture to be in the base MPQ where the listfile is, so I'd recommend for you to set it to creatureskin1 and put the name of the texture in creaturedisplayinfo.dbc.
Next is the model seems to be missing a skin file and or was wrongly converted and doesn't show up at all and is corrupt.
