downloded from chaos.com warcraft 3 models frieza.mdx  delete camera and textures only keep the main  then resize the .m2
and rename the anim on 010 before renaming the anime the model show in game but blacktextures and only ready unarmed state and after renaming the texures by using 010 it crashes wow I put the .mdx model with the files

BLP is corrupt / converted wrong.

Also the texture is set to be hardcoded (http://puu.sh/e73RP/ca7759bebe.png) that has no path set the texture so it will require the texture to be in the base MPQ where the listfile is, so I'd recommend for you to set it to creatureskin1 and put the name of the texture in creaturedisplayinfo.dbc.

Next is the model seems to be missing a skin file and or was wrongly converted and doesn't show up at all and is corrupt.

Yes I know, I did it myself and it's corrupted as I don't think that was intended to be used for warcraft to wow models but I don't know I just know it's not converting properly.
