Noggit / Noggit and Windows 7

Hello dear Comunity,
I have a problem,my problem is when i start Noggit than close it. I Have windows 7 64 bit and my wow patch version is 3.3.5a what can i do please help me log info:
.wowmapview.cpp:154 > Nogg-It $Rev: 104 $
.wowmapview.cpp:264 > Game path: C:UsersEikeDesktopWorld of Warcraft Eigener ServerData
.wowmapview.cpp:266 > Project path: C:UsersEikeDesktopWorld of Warcraft Eigener Server
.wowmapview.cpp:310 > Could not find locale directory. Be sure, that there is one containing the file "realmlist.wtf".
PS: Sorry for my bad english^^ maybe one guy can speak german and can say a answer to me thanks!
