Greetings, since I am a roleplayer I would like to tell some of my concerns.
First of all in comoparation with other MMO's wow scale is very little in comparation with what can show.Let's take for example ArcheAge of Lord of the rings Online -if you look at the map each region is having 4-7 villages which are real villages designed. The only region in WoW which is looking like a true region is Stormwind which is having the Westfall,Darkshire,Lakeshire,Goldshire etc...zones.
But can you call Goldshire a village ? 2 buildings ?

Another concern is the customization. In almost all MMO's we've seen lot of musical instruments, wizard hats, funny items ,power of skiing on ice  a lot of features also to climb trees etc...which lacks in WoW

My last concern are the graphics. The WoW'S graphics are pretty old because of the engine but in Unreal Engine with current animations wow would look ....awesome .

My project is to revamp almost the entire WoW starting with

-More villages around 6-8 villages for every kingdom -real villages but not huge only like pyrewood village
-The current villages to make them bigger-Actually Goldshire in pre alpha 2001 looked more like a village
-To make the cities bigger
-2 new kingdoms :Yeah you heard right I plan to add custom lore -instead of 7 kingdoms I want to make 9 is a magic number - 1 in the mountains (Mantanar) -Rohan  LOTR Reference and one which will be like Stromgarde but haven't found a name yet
-More customization items -Crowns,Hats,Musical Instruments ,Skiing,Sledges ,trophies  for garrisons
-More buildings and assets-also a bigger land
-All this project is planned to appear in Unreal Engine

This is just a concept.Still need to work.

About tools, a very good list of them is here.:

If you ever try using Noggit, I highly recommend you checking FAQ topic:

About possible WoW errors you might get in future:

Those are probably the most important links and topics around.
hey Amaroth thanks for the warm welcome.I checked every link you gave me and I can say WoW There are a lot of tools.
I noticed the fact that a lot of people use 3.3.5 for their projects.Do I need a recompiled WoW patch by me or I can start with a random repack from Internet ? And also for this repack i need a special tool like gm helper ? or only noggit ?
Repacks can be mostly used if you don't intend to edit core source. Clientside edits require a client patch; the necessary changes can be copied over to the repack.

As a starter I don't think there is needed to work at clientside.I will start first with noggit because as I see is an important tool.I took a repack from the internet simple without custom pandaria, cata bla bla bla objects. My first question I try to change the ugly texture of Undercity to the Lordaeron now.How I do this ? Thanks for your time .And Yeah modding is an adventure.
