I've got version 1.12 installed and want my 1.11.0 patch to think I have 1.10.0 so I can install older patch.

I modified 1.12.1 to 1.10.0 and tried installing but it says:

 This update does not need to be applied. It requires a version of "WoW.exe" older than 1.11.0.5428, but you already have version 1.12.1.5875.

Do you know how to solve this?

This is only Visible on the login screen no actual versions change so that being Said you can't downgrade. its just visual for custom servers If they have custom patches. Take edge of chaos for an example. they changed it to what current version of there Current patch. To get older versions i suggest using Thepiratebay.sx Torrent's are real Easy to use. its Basically for What version there custom patches are for.

Whe can change it on logscreen with LUA... Without any wow.exe modding.

But this only change the display. Not the value the client send to a server. So you cant use it to avoid login with wrong patch version. What this is for.
