what values would i exactly change to make it green?
As you can see nColor is 0, that means the color is not defined "as is" in the model, but through texture and maybe DBC editing. You don't need to edit in Hex the model at all. You can still view the textures through it, though. Just search for the ascii string ".blp". Then you go back in the archive explorer and you extract the said textures, convert them and you'll see how they are (green, red, rainbowy..)
What Alastor means is that sometimes Blizzard wants to recolor a big Red fireball, they won't bother changing these red textures. They use DBC to apply a filter on them in some cases, forcing them to be green.
But if you see the blp textures are green then that's probably not the case and you don't need to think about it.
