How to get update creature/mount models for MoP 5.4.8

Hey guys, does anyone if it is possible to install mods like Legion creatures/mounts ( http://www.modcraft.io/index.php?topic=10729.0 ) for MoP 5.4.8.
These are great and already available for both WOTLK and TBC, so is there a MoP version because I can't find it anywhere?
