Outline can be done by having extra geoset with renderflags to be rendered as last layer nothing more can be done at this point

I would guess that  only 1 of 100 modders used machinima STUDIO ( i dont mean machinima camera tool )
We are doing 3d models / textures / and maps here in most of time so dont rly expect to get technical support here better then at page of Machinima studio itself

Even if i want to buy it for my self i have never worked with it fully yet so if you have problem its more like in program itself or you have incompatible version
NOT SURE  but MS oficial site says "WoW: Updated to the latest live version (5.0.5)." so if you have 5.4.8 ...

I have done some minor edits to my Alastor Human Female Model but i think i may try to improve here even little bit more for my needs since she will be main character for some time in tGoALiD  

To be hones i feel like improving boobs to some hardcore HQ since Lizzard ones quite sux even when they are magnified in first place by overall edits iv done so far on her
But by any means i will try to move into shapes that are typical for wow itself as game and i try to make Alastor look like more that she is meant for rendering then for game not sure if ill be able to get her back ingame after this point since i expect here to have more then 20k for sure but right now she is like 5k i think so i have still 15k of space to improve whatever i want

Ill save everyones time and say it right now

you can do it  yourself - swaping some IDs or adding them is work for 3 mins in this case
if you dont know how there is plenty tuts for such thing and also its pretty easy too
