Phu, sooo! (Have more work to fix this bugs as creating the map o.O)
I found the problem, why noggit3 and my wow always crash... it wasn't the problem of any ground effects or something else. The problem was this:

After a few hunderts of mdx noggit1.4 can handle this easy. But after I go over a few thousand, noggit creats 'guids' for this objects in the negativ - to fall back. Noggit 3 maybe cant accept negativ guides and implement the noggit crash by editing the adt also to the saved one, to creat an buggy adt which does the same problems like in the editor in the world.
Maybe I'm right or maybe I have just a lot of failes in my project o.O
Edit: Yeah, I'm really stupid.
It costs all my nerfs to find this bug, why the world get so destroyed by adding groundeffects : /
