Miscellaneous / 5.4.8 to 3.3.5 Stat and number styling

Is it possible to using the same style of numbers and stats used in MoP (5.4.8) and put it at Wotlk (3.3.5) for example:

in mop - items have +2,300 Agility
in wotlk - items have +2300 Agility

in mop - damage has 346,029 Critical
in wotlk - damage has 346029 Critical

The commas can be added in woltk??

I know I have to edit the Wow.exe in ollydbg but Im not sure where to look.
