Hi everyone...i have been reading the forum and i got one question..if there is a good version of wow to use in development? like...1.12? 2.43? 3.35? or i can choose whatever cause tools will work with it?

im thinking of making a small server to next spring LAN Party,we are all addicts here and would be nice to have a event in there with a diferent map....

You can choose whatever version you want to work on, however there are only very few tools that work on all versions. I'd recommend you use 3.3.5a, the last WotLK version because all of the tools you'll find here really do work with that version.

better yet, since i was really looking at that version, but could be swayed to use another if tools werent available.
Probably will have more questions , but for now its time to burn my retines with the guides and software.
