Hi Dudes ^^

Im nex on the wow modding scenes, so excuse me when i ask a noob question.
But i need to know, if i create a costum map and use it on my server.
Does alle Player have to download a patch contianing this maps of is it enought to patch my server with this maps?

server does not have maps info (not adt ones); So every player must have this maps at wow client ;)

No ADT ones but Mapinfos are there You have all the ADTs in the client MPQ but you have the map files on the server. This files are converted adt files and are used from the server to unhide reagions and for collision testing. So if you have changed or create new adts you have to create also this map files and upload them to the server. It work without them but you can get strange effects.
