I think you need to wait for a new version of the extractor i got this missing files too.

I don't see how the extractor should fail for specific files. Just extract them. They should be there.

I think this files doesn´t exist because the Extractor can´t extract them. i get too only 3 Files i think Blizz is not finish with all of their wod alpha models.

I got the whole iron ship in warcraft 3, and mine is as yours, the wheel/flag doesn't have textures yet I belive.
