[Question] Resize enchant point

Greetings Modcraft, I am trying to resize an enchant point effect to longer.
Example:

Imagine this is the enchant point:


And I want to resize like this:


How can I do this or is it possible ?

I suppose he wants to edit where enchant effects appear on an item. Lets say you have an enchanted sword. How does client know, that flames (or whatever) should appear only on blade? How does client know, what is and what isn't a blade? And how can you change this, in order to lets say make also guard be "enchanted" or to make just tip of sword be "enchanted"?

No, I don't want to edit the position of an enchant point in a weapon, I just want to make a cutom effect (or resize an exist) which look like this:



So this is an original encant point:


And I want to make its formation to longer (like in the picture).

I don't know how to do this because this is an effect not a mesh, so I can't do this with M2Mod.
