Hello..I've been using Noggit for some time and i have this problem:
I've edited Silverpine forest and first deleted all m2's and wmo's , retextured it..Then i've made a town and done some terrain editing...But..Those old models that i've deleted are somehow still there (at least their shadows) Also i experience now drastic FPS change + Models started duplicating....
Please help...

Turn up your shadow quality setting in-game and the phantom shadows disappear.

I had this problem too, but i can't find solution why the models still there after I've deleted them.
Its only visible from one specific direction ingame and you can walk into them.
You can make the m2s very small, almost invisble.

Use latest ci version if you use 1.3
In the other version the is the model on adt test was wrong.
Use loadinfo and fileinfo to delete the duplications.

What are all this custom patches?
You should only have patches in your noggit wow containing tilesets and models.

This has been happening to me two. It usually occurs when an object is registered on 2 adts instead of one. Seems like the new saving system is saving the item over and over and over again on both adts and cauing millions of duplicates. Largest dup number i've seen is 29,000 of the same m2 in the same spot on 2 adts. Not sure what causes it to save the object constantly but it seems its caused by the new saving system.

Ah nope guys, problem is somewhere else I guess. When you try to place WMO from Import in 1.2SDL, noggit usually crashes (if you haven't copied some WMO before you tried to import), but sometimes it spawns invisible shadow of object. WMO is inivisble in both game and noggit, you may see only shadows or minimap in game while you fly above that place and it has huge effect on FPS (I have 60FPS nearly everywhere, when i meet such broken WMO it drops to about 5).
Way to fix this:
Go to noggit and keep clicking around area, where FPS drops. You may need to check the whole ADT. Have F8 (detailed info) showed and wait until you target some invisible WMO object. Delete it and continue, there might be more of them. If you manage to find and delete all broken WMOs, problem will be solved. If there are more of those broken WMOs, you can experience that FPS drops aren't so drastic after deleting at least some of them, but even 1 WMO can cause drops to 10 FPS, so there will be only little difference between 1 and 5 glitched objects.
This happens only when you try to import WMO from Import file and WMO doesn't show, but noggit doesn't crash. I met this only 3 times in last 1 & 1/2 year, so its quite rare bug. Btw, I have no experience with appearing this bug in 1.3SDL and I haven't tryed to fix anything like that made there, but for 1.2SDL this should work.
