 Can I add tooltip own image? It is possible? How i can do this? (I am not programer, thanks for help.)

with blizzlike methods you cant add a image to a tooltip. You must program your own Addon to do this.

Edit: I like your attitude, anyone argue about 335 and 624 modding and you work on BC...you are so a hipstar!
