I think first of all, you should decide how many fractions wiil be, what's the population ( I mean races) on each continent. Also each game has a main enemy (like Arthas, Deathwing and others in WoW). We can't decide now which of the fractions would be enemies and wich would be friends with each other. Therefore everything depends on main enemy and the world's thread.

As teh world will grow with builders you cant define all of this in the beginning. And its not about the big all over the world thing. The smale detailed local questlines are the thing we need first. You dont need big empires or factions for good stoys like the defias questline. Its local but i  liked it much :)

well i like steff's idea the most because it will be a world of mistery's :)
with cataclysm quests i mean changing zone's different "phases"

Hey I'm new to Modcraft, but recently the last server I was working for fell apart. It was a custom RP server. If your looking for people to make quest, I have been in charge of that sort of stuff before. I've create uncountless quest, events, tasks, and so on. Of course I would have to look into your server a lot more before diving into it, but if you looking for an extremely active member to help you out. I'm free! Just point me in the right direction.
