Noggit / Save problems

So I ran into a problem with saving my stuff, doesn't matter how much I edited, noggit crashes when I click "Save". Here's log
How can I fix it or at least what's the problem?

Noggit / Question about deleting an purple effect in Raven Holm

Hi everyone. I need to delete purple fog effect in Raven Holm but Noggit can't do this. Can someone explain how can I do it?
