[QUESTION] Connecting Noggit to a Private server

Hello, I used Noggit some years ago back in wrath. i've decidede to pick it up again.
I am stuck on when I save to noggit it doesn't save over to my Private server


    * Noggit working
    * WoW model viewer 7 working
    * Arcemu Private server working

I tried simply to place a bunch of trees in westfall and see if they would show up in my private server which they didn't.

Note: The trees are saving in noggit every time I load it up.

Im not aware that there is a function that wuld save over to your server. I highly recomend to
A) Switch over to trinity core and B) Read the tutorial here on Modcraft

Okay, I'm switching over to Trinity Core

Could you direct me to anywhere that would help with editing in noggit and then being able to see it in your private server?

Files are saved to this location, which is not what your client will read. Either pack those files into an MPQ that your client will read, or just remove that line and it will save to the client automatically.

Hey sorry about this. I'm trying to get Trinitycore to work.
Im using Jeuties Repack and when I try to launch world server this happens.
It literally closes the very second that it opens so It was very difficult to get a good screenshot

It says map 0004331 does not exsist but it does exsist in this location
C:UsersHomeDesktopJeuties Blizzlike Repack rev 1.6 (x64)Coremapsmaps

If it is a "DataDir" problem in my world.config where/what should I do?

You are clearly kinda confused and don't know hat Noggit does. Noggit isn't spawning models or editing maps "on your server". It just edits ADT fiels, which are just map files. You need to place those files into MPQ archive ("patch") and place that custom patch to game client of both yours and players. This has absolutely nothing to do with server or emulator used.

I highly, really highly, recommend to read beginner's tutorials, they might be long, but you will get many things wrong before reading them (well, even after it, but not as many as you would now do).

Could you please direct me to some good tutorials. I cant find anything specified on youtube. and I have gone through the Noggit user manual several times.
With Arcemu I managed to get everything running.

I just don't know how to add items from Model Viewer or do the ADT/MPQ stuff, that's literally all I'm stuck on.


I am so so sorry to be such a noggit noob. but you have to start somewhere >.<
