Hello. I've done the entire introduction tutorial now.. I still have this problem

I still can't see any of my stuff ingame. I've been stuck on this for days.
Which WoW should I be opening to view my creations?

you must pack your patch folder into an mpq..  put this mpq into your test wow and start this wow.
