Yet Another Noggit Error.

Heya, I've used Noggit for 2 years now and never had any troubles running it, but 2 days ago when I reinstalled windows on my computer it no longer is able to start up. This is my error I get from log:

"0 - (Noggit.cpp:130): Noggit Studio - SDL 1.2
701 - (Video.cpp:204): [Debug] GL: Version: 3.3.0
