[WotLk] [QUESTION] OBJ to M2
« on: May 06, 2016, 11:37:17 am »
Can't convert OBJ to M2
I watched this tutorial by tut
but in cmd i get the message: The system cannot find the path specified. when i type "cd obj"
What could occur this problem?
Is there any other way to convert objects? I didn't find any other method on the internet.

This problem isnt realeated to problem about wow modding its about that you have no idea what command "cd" does

and answer is here
http://ss64.com/nt/cd.html

Also you dont even need to use this way jsut create new cmd file and type in syntax of ObjtoM2.exe

So anyway try those

Anyway you didnt even did what that video you followed says
you had to create folder obj and cd command is used to Change Directory
anyway your directory is "szerk3" if i see correctly and not "obj" as it had to by " by video instruction "

I imported wmo to blender and then i exported to obj my edited throneroom, i tried to convert this obj to m2 but it didn't work for me, the converter asked some questions as you can see, i pressed q' to exit but when i put my model into mpq i cant see it in modelviewer i think there was a problem during the converter. What did i miss?
