So I was thinking,I really like Vanilla Weather effects,rain especially,and I thought it would be cool to add lightning effect to it.There are plenty of great lightning animations in game files,especially from newer expansions.
Since I'm starting to mod,I'm wondering is it possible to add such lightning effect to weather,and make it work?
