download base WoW delete all additional patches by scrubs and everything will be K

im just joking aroud because he showed some error scree and didnt even said from where this error comes from ? its looks like when someone fak up Display of Head or model L_shoulder in same way ....

Check world.item_template (or something similiar on your WoW version) if you don't have any item with entry=0 there. If you do, delete it - and never ever create it again.
