Would it be possible to mod wow in order to have custom classes, with custom spells, and a custom battleground. any info helps, thanks

Of course. For a custom class you have to modify DBCs, XML & Lua files and the core. For Custom Spells you have to modify DBCs. And for Custom Battlegrounds you have to modify Core and DBCs.
