Heyhoo friends!
I have a question. I want to create a own loadingsceen. I know how to dd it to my server but i want a screenshot of my zone with a oilpicture effect. That it look like blizzard pictures. More realistic. I hope you knkw what i mean.
Does anyone know how to do it?

Photoshop oil paint effect _ in google.

Or download a tool called ENB series. It allows you to add different effects to the game such as lighting changing, shades, glowing effect and even saturation.
