General / WOD models for Cata 4.3.4

Hello, can someone explain me how to put WOD models into my cata.
All vids on the internet are or Spanish or Russian, its goes very fast and i can't understand it. :-\

So far i have DL them from here, and extract to my desktop, and now what?
