[QUESTION] Wow Building Basics

In this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=22&t=26&p=72#p72 at the beginning of part 3 Im having issues.

It asks you to open locale.MPQ with any MPQ Editorbut when I open it, nothing comes up that should. It just comes up with (List File).

Then something is wrong with
1. YOur MPQs
2. Your MPQ editor

Try an other download.

I have tried to mpq editors, also, I think its the mpq but I dont know how to fix it.

Reinstall.
Or restore your backup of the wow folder from your external HD.
