Question about texturing

I was about to paint this road, and I stumbled over this problem:

I cannot fill new texture in that area.
I really appreciate any help, since I am all new to wow level design.

this could be because of the amount of textures in that tile, if you have more than 4, it will not allow you to do any more. Check by going into the paint tool and control clicking on the tile where you can't put the texture.

You use Noggit, have a problem, but don't read either Noggit tutorials or at least some other help request topics. Otherwise you would probably at least see this topic, found just 2 days ago.:
