Add Blog and style the wiki

I have added the link to the modcraft blog. I will try to activate this thing again in the future.
In this task i also gave the bugtraker a modcraft logo.

And if you want to ask why the blog is so white. It will be the starting page of noggit in the future. And this way it fits best in a windows app :)

Connect Blog with twitter and Facebook account. So every follower will get the infos from blog.
