However today I started in Tanaris the same project with Noggit 1.2. Works atm without problems. Except I lost the sea (water) layer. But as far as I know that's not a bug it lacks of support in Noggit and must added manually. Don't know how yet, but will check that in forum posts. (Links appreciated  ;) )
I use this tool when adding water to my ADT's:

Okay got windows working... sort of, have to use the additive flag for some reason.

Done in cataclysm, mainly because it just saves me time from having to do conversions.
Looks awesome, Anthony! Keep up the good work! :)
A question, will you add this as a new custom mount, or replace it with an existing one?

Looks awesome, great work! ^^

You can do that by editing the struct Animations of the M2 model in 010 editor.
About the sounds, I'm not sure. I don't have access to a computer at the moment so I can't check. :/

My guess is that it's probably what AnthonysToolbox said.

If it truly is the modified XML/LUA you have, you may have actually edited the files incorrectly or didn't finish an edit completely and left it open.

You could try to use this parser. It can parse dbc files to csv and vice versa.
