[QUESTION] Completely new custom race?

I followed the tutorial on how to add a custom race, however it only covers on how to activate existing races.
I tried adding my own line in ChrRaces.dbc and followed the guide, but when i select my race in the creation menu, the game crashes.

Anything i forgot? or do i have to modify more?

Looks to me like the DBC and ID specified in the XML do not match.
